Returns & Exchanges

At Maya & Henry’s, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure you obtain a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned pieces, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
